Hire the whole flat and party across our three rooms, with space for up to 180 people. Make the most of our living room along with free reign of our games room & conservatory with it’s separate bar.
The hub of the house party. Cocktails by the fireplace, midnight chats by the fridge and plenty of boogying the night away on the dance floor. Our Living Room is the perfect party hangout for up to 120.

Our botanic inspired Conservatory is the ultimate private hire spot, perfect for sit down dinners or standing canapé & cocktail parties. Complete with plenty of seating, hanging pot plants, fairy lights and your very own bar, this is the ultimate party spot for smaller to mid-sized groups of up to 26 seated or 45 standing.
THE GAMES ROOM
The perfect setting for a smaller group, the Games Room is our quirky little hideaway. We’ve got all sorts of fun and games available to play throughout the evening - from board games to retro consoles and even a fancy dress box! The games room can host up to 18 seated or 30 standing.
